摘要
建立了采用顶空-气质联用法测定纺织品中环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷和二氧六环残留量的方法。通过优化影响测定方法的主要因素,确定了色谱柱类型、顶空平衡温度、顶空平衡时间及称样量。结果表明,该方法的检出限为0.06~0.11μg/g、定量限为0.2~0.4μg/g、平均回收率为80.6%~115.4%、相对标准偏差均小于10%。该方法操作简单、分析速度快、结果准确可靠,适用于纺织品中环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷和二氧六环含量的分析检测。
A method is developed for the simultaneous determination of ethylene oxide,propylene oxide and dioxane in textiles by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The main factors influencing the determination,including chromatographic column type,equilibrium temperature,equilibrium time and sample weight,are optimized.The results show that detection limits are 0.06~0.11μg/kg,quantification limits are 0.2~0.4μg/kg,average recoveries are from 80.6%to 115.4%,and relative standard deviations are less than 10%.The proposed method is simple,rapid,accurate,and could be used in the simultaneous determination of ethylene oxide,propylene oxide and dioxane in textiles.
