摘要
建立了顶空-气相色谱/质谱法测定固体废物类样品中的环氧丙烷的方法。通过正交实验研究顶空进样平衡温度和平衡时间、及进样口分流比对其测定结果的影响。结果表明,最佳分析条件为平衡温度80℃、平衡时间20 min、分流比5∶1。在上述条件下,当取样量为2g时,检出限为0.25 mg/kg、定量限为1.00 mg/kg。环氧丙烷响应在0.2~2 mg/L范围内线性良好(R2≥0.995),样品加标回收率在80%~100%。
Qrthogonal test was usde to optimize the influence of equilibrium temperature,equilibrium time and split ratio propylene oxide measurement were investigated.Results showed that the optimum conditions were equilibrium temperature 80℃,equilibrium time 20min,and split ratio is 5:1.Under the above conditions,when the sampling amount was 2g,the limit of detection was 0.25mg/kg,and the limit of quantitation was 1.00mg/kg.The relationship between mass concentration and the corresponding peak area in the range of0.2—2mg/L showed good linearity(R2>0.995),the average spiked recovery was 80%—100%.
