基于MSP430微控制器的环氧乙烷气体检测系统设计与实现

摘要 介绍了一种基于MSP430单片机和电化学传感器的环氧乙烷气体浓度检测系统,详细阐述了系统的整体设计框架以及各个功能单元设计。采用主动式泵吸式气体采样机构,可充电锂电池供电构成便携式检测设备。通过在不同浓度环氧乙烷标准气体中进行试验,结果表明:本文所述环氧乙烷气体检测系统具有测量准确可靠、灵敏度高、携带方便等优点,可以广泛应用于各种需要对环氧乙烷气体浓度进行监测的场合。 Introduced a MSP430 microcontroller and electrochemical gas sensor based system for detecting ethylene oxide gas concentration.The overall design of framework and each module are described in detail.As a portable detecting system,it uses pumped gas sampling mechanism and chargeable lithium battery as the system power supply.The ethylene oxide sample gas of different concentrations was tested and the results show that the detecting system has the advantages of accurate and reliable measurement,high sensitivity and easy to carry,and can be widely used to detect the concentration changes of ethylene oxide gas.
