摘要
研究表明偏头痛与卵圆孔未闭存在关联性。卵圆孔未闭缝隙非常小,超声心动图等检查方法容易出现误诊和漏诊。经颅多普勒发泡实验(c-TCD)诊断卵圆孔未闭有较高的敏感度和特异度,本文总结近期文献综述c-TCD用于卵圆孔未闭合并偏头痛筛查、疗效评估等临床应用的重要意义。
Studies have shown that migraine is associated with patent foramen ovale. The aperture of patent foramen ovalo is very small. Echocardiography and other examination methods are prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Transcranial doppler foam test （c-TCD） has a high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of patent foramen ovale. This article summarizes the recent literature review of the importance of c-TCD in the clinical application of patent foramen ovale combined with migraine screening and efficacy evaluation.
