摘要
目的探讨头痛、非头痛症状与经颅多普勒超声(TCD)发泡试验检查结果的相关性。方法回顾性分析2018年于该院进行TCD发泡试验检查,且检查结果为阳性的患者临床资料。结果36例TCD发泡试验检查阳性患者中,男14例、女22例;主诉头痛28例,非头痛8例;≥45岁27例,<45岁9例;TCD发泡试验分级Ⅱ级22例,Ⅲ级9例,Ⅳ级5例。头痛、非头痛患者TCD发泡试验分级分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论TCD发泡试验检查结果与患者一般临床资料无明显相关性,但有助于病因分析。
Objective To investigate the correlation between transcranial doppler(TCD) foaming test and headache and non-headache symptom. Methods The clinical data of patients with positive results of TCD foaming test,carried out in 2018,were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the all 36 patients with positive result of TCD foaming test,14 cases were male and 22 cases were female.There were 28 patients with headache and 8 patients without headache symptom.There were 27 patients more than 45 years old and 9 cases less than 45 years old.According to the grade of foaming test,22 cases were of grade Ⅱ,9 cases of grade Ⅲ,and 5 cases of grade Ⅳ.There were no significant difference of the grade of foaming test between patients with headache and patients without headache symptom( P >0.05). Conclusion TCD foaming test might have no correlation with general clinical data,but it could be used for the cause analysis.
