摘要
目前,毛竹在家居与装饰工程以及竹制工艺品上的应用越来越多,高速高效地加工各类毛竹,在建材加工与工艺装饰领域有着广泛的应用前景。钻削加工是毛竹加工中最重要的切削加工方式之一,钻削加工过程中的切削力对毛竹产品的性能和外观影响巨大。影响毛竹钻削力的主要因素有刀具的材质、钻头几何形状和钻削工艺参数。传统毛竹钻削工艺参数中,主轴转速一般低于5000r/min。本文就其从低速到高速的钻削工艺过程进行理论与实验分析,得出结论为刀具直径对轴向钻削力影响最为显著,其次为进给速度,钻削主轴转速对轴向钻削力的影响最小。高速钻削毛竹的最佳工艺参数为刀具直径4mm、主轴转速12000r/min、进给速度1500mm/min;特定加工情况下钻削毛竹的最佳工艺参数为刀具直径8mm、主轴转速10000r/min、进给速度1000mm/min。
Abstract:At present ,moso bamboo has more and more applications in home and decoration engineering and bamboo handicraft. It has a wide application prospect in the field of building materials processing and craft decoration,processing all kinds of bamboo with high speed and efficiency. Drilling is one of the most important cutting methods in bamboo processing. The cutting force in the drilling process has a great influence on the performance and appearance of bamboo products. The main factors affecting the drilling force of bamboo are tool material,bit geometry and drilling process parameters. In the traditional processing parameters of bamboo drilling,the rotation speed of spindle is generally less than 5000 r / min. In this paper,the theoretical and experimental analysis of the drilling process from low speed to high speed is carried out. It is concluded that the diameter of the tool has the most significant influence on the axial drilling force,followed by the feed speed,and the spindle speed has the least effect on the axial drilling force.The optimum technological parameters of high speed drilling bamboo are tool diameter 4mm,spindle rotation speed 12000r / min,feed speed 1500mm / min,and the optimum technological parameters for drilling bamboo under certain machining conditions are tool diameter 8mm,spindle speed 10000r / min,feed speed 1000mm / min.
