摘要
刀柄是机床上主轴与刀具之间的连接部件,其对刀具的夹持效果直接影响工件的加工质量。论文对当前2种主要形式的刀柄,即液压刀柄和热胀刀柄进行研究,通过在DMU85数控铣床上进行切削实验,比较2种刀柄的优缺点,确定不同的加工情况下刀柄的选用规则,从而发挥刀柄优势,改进加工质量。
The handle of the tool is the connecting part between the spindle and the tool on the machine tool, and the clamping effect of the tool directly affects the machining quality of the work piece. The handle on the two main forms, namely hydraulic cutter handle and thermal expansion handle, through the cutting experiment in DMU85 NC milling machine tool, paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of these two tool, determines the selection rules under different processing conditions of the handle, to play the advantage of the handle, and improve the processing quality.
