摘要
论述刀具半径补偿功能在粗、精加工、余量去除和尺寸精度控制等方面的应用,结合下刀、切入、切出和抬刀等数控铣削加工工艺,阐述刀具补偿建立、启用、取消的方法和注意事项,分析刀补类别和顺铣、逆铣工艺与走刀路线的关系,提出刀具半径补偿值的物理意义。
Introduces the function of Cutter Compensation( CUTCOM), illustrates how to create, make use of and cancel CUTCOM with milling machining methodology, analyses the relation of CUTCOM-type, upcut-elimbing & tooling path, states the selected principle of the cutter size with the theory of dynamics & CUTCOM ,elucidates the physical meaning of the Tool Radius Compensation(TRC)value and the CUTCOM application in rough-finishing superabundance elimination & size accuracy control.
