摘要 作为教育场中的热词,特色具有主体性、时空性和公认性,主要有区分识别、吸引凝聚、导向激励等功能。就高等职业教育特色创新路径而言,存在概念化模式、间接经验模式和直接经验模式。高等职业教育应注重如何打造特色,打造什么样的特色。以学生为中心的、面向实践的创新才是高等职业教育特色之应然取向,要正确处理底线管理和特色发展的关系,跟跑和领跑的关系,守正与创新的关系。 As a hot word in educational field, the term of characteristic has the features of polysemy, ambiguity, subjectivity, and spatialtemporal and recognizing character. Its functions include distinguishing and identifying, attracting and integrating, guiding and motivating, etc.There are three models for the innovative path of higher vocational education: conceptual model, indirect experience mode and direct experience mode. Higher vocational education should focus on the issues of how to create characteristics and what kind of characteristics should be created.Being student-focused and practice-orientated is the characteristic of higher vocational education. To do this, attention should be paid to handle several pairs of relationships: the relationship between the bottom line management and the characteristic development, the relationship between following and leading, and the relationship between being traditional and innovative.
