摘要
高校应将特色化发展作为战略重点,形成人才培养目标、规格、方法等方面的自身特色。但实质上,一般地方高校"千人一面"的现象并没有从根本上改观,使人才培养类型处于尴尬状态。要改变这种"趋同化"局面,高校需合理定位,不断探索特色化发展战略,努力培育办学特色机制。
Colleges and universities must attach strategic importance to developing with their own distinc- tive features as far as the objectives, standards, methods and other aspects in talent cultivation are con- cerned. But in fact, local colleges and universities haven＇t radically changed the stereotyped phenomenon on the whole, making the talent cultivation types in an awkward situation. So in order to change the as- similating tendency, colleges and universities should have rational orientations, and keep exploring the de- velopment strategies and cultivating the school-running mechanism with their unique characteristics.
