摘要
地方大学治理是指在地方大学、地方政府、社会和市场的互动与合作中谋求地方大学的善治,其治理结构和功能均呈现独特性,相应的治理模式也展现出复杂性。地方大学的治理模式应当是基于治理理论和办学特色基础上的价值选择,选择行走于认识论和政治论高等教育哲学之间的第三条道路——现实主义价值观。地方大学的治理条件包括健全保障大学治理的法律法规系统,规范地方政府在大学治理中的角色,变资源配置的行政主导型为市场引导型,建立现代大学制度。
Local university＇s governance is to seek good governance of local university in the interaction and cooperation of local university, local government, society and market, whose governance structure and function present uniqueness and corresponding governance mode also presents complexity. The governance mode of local university should be the value choice based on governance theory and school running characteristics, choosing the realistic values between the epis- temology and political theory of higher educational philosophy. The governance conditions of local university include perfecting system of laws and regulations of university＇s governance, standardizing the role of local government in the university＇s governance, changing administration-oriented resource allocation into market oriented resource allocation, and establishing modern university system.
