摘要
高校立德树人根本任务的全面落实关键取决于教师具有必备的核心素养。对于承担大学生"三观"教育重要职责的高校思政课教师而言,具有过硬的政治素养、良好的道德素养、较强的学习素养和较高社会素养,才能对大学生核心素养的生成与发展起到重要的引导作用。新时代加快高校思政课教师核心素养的培养是其特殊使命与社会时代之共同所需,需要教师自身、高校和社会共同努力。
The key to the overall implementation of the fundamental task of moral education consists in the essential core literacy of teachers in a university. The teachers in charge of the course of ideological and political theory in universities who have excellent political literacy,good moral literacy,strong learning literacy and social literacy can play an important guiding role in the generation and development of college students' core literacy. In the new period,speeding up the cultivation of the core literacy of teachers of the ideological and political theory course is the common need of their special mission and the social times,and the teachers themselves,the universities and the society need to work together.
