摘要
人的全面发展必然要通过职业发展来体现和实现,职业文化在促进人的全面发展中承担着重要的责任。它在增强职业人的自尊和自信,培养职业人的自重和自爱,强化职业人的责任感和使命感,激发职业人的职业理想升华和创造力拓展方面将发挥重要的作用。建设职业文化,应自觉实现其对传统职业道德的现代超越,对一般企业文化的内涵提升及对职业教育价值的人文拓展。
Man＇s all-round development needs to be realized by his career development, and vocational culture plays a pivotal role in promoting his all-round development. It could strengthen man＇s self-esteem and confidence, cultivate his dignity and self-respect, intensify his sense of responsibility and mission, arouse sublimation of his occupation ideal, and boost his creativity development. To construct the vocational culture, it should transcend the tra- ditional vocational ethics consciously, improve the content of cooperate culture, and extend the humanity value of the vocation education.
