摘要
针对目前库内粮食堆高工艺及设备存在的低效率、仓内场地利用不充分、高能耗、设备繁多、安全性低等问题,结合堆场提出的移动灵活、转场便利、节约场地等堆高性能需求,提出一种新型库内粮食埋刮板堆高机,通过对其结构组成、工作原理、工艺流程、关键技术及经济性进行分析,表明其可以实现连续高效、机动灵活、安全稳定、料堆高度大的堆高工作,并具备节能环保、物料适应性好的特点,应用于库内堆高作业将带来显著的经济效益。
To solve the problems of low efficiency, low space utilization rate, high energy consumption, many varieties of equipment, low safety and according to the high performance requirements, such as flexible movement, convenient transfer, saving site area, a new type of grain storehouse buried scraper stacking machine is developed in this paper. Analysis of structure composition, working principle, process flow, key technologies and economical efficiency is conducted of the buried scraper stacking machine, showing its advantages in efficiency, flexibility, safety and stability, stacking height and distance, energy-saving and environmental protection, material adaptability, tJms being economical for stacking operation in bulk storehouse cargo yard.
