摘要
为了改进目前堆料方法的不足之处,设计制造了一种轮胎式移动堆高机械,通过卡车上坡平台系统及皮带机-臂架系统的设计,可以自由地在码头紧凑的空间内进行堆高布料。实践证明,该设备可以大大提高码头的堆放效率及堆高高度,同时解放人力,降低码头堆放成本及建设资金。
For improving the shortcomings of the existing stacking method, this paper designs and manufactures a mobile wheel stacker by using the truck uphill platform system and the belt conveyor jib system, which can operating freely in the compact space on the wharf. Proved by practice that this device can increase the stacking efficiency and height great- ly, liberate the manpower and reduce the cost of stacking and construction of wharf.
