摘要
随着“大河经济带”的推进及国家内需发展的需要,内河船舶吨位增大,载货能力进一步提升,亟需对既有码头进行升级扩建。针对三峡库区某散货码头升级扩建工程中皮带机延长带来的荷载增加对码头整体结构安全和稳定性的影响,根据实际结构参数,通过数值模拟软件建立传送系统和码头整体受力模型,分析传送系统和码头地基在风荷载及重力荷载作用下受力特性变化规律并进行复核计算。研究结果表明:传送系统应力应变能够满足该码头装卸要求;地基承载力存在不足,需进行加固或打桩处理。
With the advancement of the“Great River Economic Belt”and the needs of the country’s domestic demand development,the tonnage of inland vessels has increased,and the cargo carrying capacity has been further improved.It is urgent to upgrade and expand existing wharves.Aiming at the impact of the increased load caused by the extension of the belt conveyor in the upgrade and expansion project of a bulk cargo terminal in the Three Gorges Reservoir area on the safety and stability of the main structure of the terminal,according to the actual structural parameters,the transmission system and the overall force model of the terminal are established through numerical simulation software.Analyze the change law of the force characteristics of the transmission system and the foundation of the wharf under the action of wind load and gravity load,and conduct recheck calculations.The research results show that the stress and strain of the transmission system can meet the loading and unloading requirements of the wharf;the foundation bearing capacity is insufficient and needs to be reinforced or piled.
