摘要
堆料机是一种目前世界上最大的散装物料堆垛输送机械,被广泛应用于钢铁冶金企业原料厂。文中利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对某钢厂原料厂的DBK2000.43型堆料机门座架及行走机构进行静力学分析,校核其强度刚度。计算结果表明,该型号堆料机门座架和行走机构强度刚度符合要求,设备运行正常。
Stacker is a kind of the world＇s largest bulk material stacking conveying machineries, it is widely used in iron and steel metallurgy plants. This paper analyzes the statics property for one factory＇s DBK2000.43 type slacker pcntal and walking mechanism using ANSYS, then checks its intensity and rigidity. The resuhs show that intensity and rigidity of this type stacker portal and walking mechanism can meet the requirements, it runs normally.
