堆高机后轮架冷弯成形失效原因的力能分析与对策

摘要 分析认为液压成形凸模下移作功和轮架弯曲成形所需能量失衡,以及凹凸模形成密闭空间不满足动力成形工件正确定位条件,是065后轮架液压弯曲成形失效的主要原因;通过应用力能守衡、封闭空间符合工件正确贴靠原理,实施改作凸模、调整参数等措施,取得很好的效果,为冷弯一模多形、不同尺寸动力成形进行了有益探索。 Analysis reveals that there are two reasons behind the failure in hydraulic bending forming of 065 rear wheel carriers. One is energy imbalance between downward movement of hydrofbrming punch and bending of wheel carrier, and the other is that the confined space of punch and matrix fails to lneet the conditions for correct positioning of dynamic forming workpiece. Measures such as punch remaking and parameters adjustment are taken based on the conservation of force and energy and confined space in compliance with correct workpiece fixing principle with satisfactory results. The research is a useful exploration into one-mold & multi-forms cold-bending and dynamic forming of different sizes.
