摘要
提供了一种带保温和加热功能的手机壳制备方法,包括壳体及硅胶加热板,并制备了丁基橡胶、ABS塑料、皮革的不同壳体。为了取得防滑、抗摔、保温的效果和良好的手感,壳体内部注入玻璃纤维。硅胶加热板集成温度控制模块,硅胶加热板可由电阻丝或其他发热元件制成。壳体使用外置电源进行供能,以在不影响手机正常使用的情况下获得持久的保温效果,从而解决在低温条件下手机无法正常使用等问题。实验结果表明,在低温(-20℃)佩戴手机壳的手机,可有效提高手机的续航能力。
The paper provided a mobile phone shell with insulation and heating function,which consisted of a shell and silica gel heating plate. The shell was prepared by PC + ABS,butyl rubber and leather. The inside of shell was injected by glass fiber in order to obtain anti-skid,anti-fall and heat preservation,as well as good hand feeling. Silica gel heating board could be made of resistance wire or other heating elements,and silica gel heating plate was integrated with temperature control module. The shell was equipped with external power for energy supply,so as to achieve lasting insulation effect without affecting the normal use of mobile phones. The experimental results showed that the cruising power of the mobile phone could be improved effectively at low temperature(-20℃).
