The publication of energy conservation standards GB 20943 for external power supply confines the manufacture, marketing and importation of high-wastage products. Currently, the energy conservation standards GB20943 is keeping a high pace with advanced requirements in occident energy conservation standards. On the one hand, the publication of the energy conservation standards GB20943 makes the power supply manufactories be geared to international standards gradually, improve the international competitiveness. On the other hand, it starts to set up the mutual recognition internationally, and it decreases trade barrier.
