背壳式充电宝的创新设计研究

摘要 目前消费者对移动电子数码产品的充电需求发生了变化,为了解决手机充电的便携性问题,研究创新性地提出了背壳式充电宝的概念,以无线充电的方式,加上背壳组件的相互配合,即可在不同充电环境下完成自由切换。文章通过对背壳式充电宝的外观设计、结构设计、功能设计等角度阐述设计思路,同时运用Solidworks软件展现了手机外壳的形状,采用电磁感应技术实现充电宝的无线充电功能,并从设备的整体设计出发,以配件间的搭配及工作原理来阐释。以期对充电宝设计提供一定的借鉴。 At present,consumers'charging demand for mobile electronic digital products has changed.In order to solve the problem of portability of mobile phone charging,the concept of back-shell charging bank is innovatively proposed,which can be freely switched in different charging environments by wireless charging and the coordination of back-shell components.This paper expounds the design ideas from the perspectives of appearance design,structural design and functional design of the backshell charging bank.At the same time,it uses Solidworks software to show the shape of the mobile phone shell,adopts electromagnetic induction technology to realize the wireless charging function of the charging bank,and explains the collocation and working principle of accessories from the overall design of the device.In order to provide some reference for the design of charging treasure.
