摘要
户外输变电线路在线监测系统的供电质量已成为制约在线监测技术发展的重要因素,为此探究利用内嵌于绝缘子的多内嵌线圈的非接触供电系统为在线监测设备供电的可能性。首先基于互感电路模型对多米诺非接触供电系统传输性能进行分析,考虑线圈自身参数与系统工作频率对线圈品质因数的影响,结合实际复合绝缘子参数,设计单层和双层的内嵌线圈结构;继而结合有限元仿真与电路仿真,对2种线圈结构的12线圈非接触供电系统的耦合特性及传输性能进行对比分析;最后选择双层线圈作为内嵌线圈方案,并且搭建12线圈非接触供电系统实验平台进行实验。仿真与实验结果表明,采用双层内嵌线圈的多米诺非接触供电系统能实现高质量的供电目的。
Power supply quality of the online monitoring system for outdoor transmission lines has become an important element restricting development of the online monitoring technology,therefore,this paper discusses probability of using a contactless power supply system in domino form with coils embedded into insulator strings to provide power for the online monitoring equipment.It firstly analyzes power transmission performance of the contactless power supply system based on the mutual inductance circuit model.Considering effects of coil parameters and system working frequency on the coil quality factor and combining with parameters of actual composite insulators,it designs the single-layer and the double-layer embedded coil structures.Afterwards,it makes use of finite element simulation and circuit simulation to compare and analyze coupling characteristics and power transmission performance of the 12-coil contactless power supply systems with different embedded coils.Finally,it selects the double-layer coil as the embedded coil,and constructs an experimental platform for the 12-coil contactless power supply system.The simulation and experiment results indicate it is able to realize high quality power supply by using the domino contactless power supply system with the double-layer embedded coil.
