内置式永磁同步电机弱磁控制技术的研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对电动汽车所使用的内置式永磁同步电机在不同工况下的转速与转矩需求,基于内置式永磁同步电机标幺化数学模型,文中设计了在线计算法最大转矩电流比控制与电压反馈法弱磁控制相结合的控制策略,以便对电机进行弱磁控制。以一台2.8 kW永磁同步电机作为研究对象,使用MATLAB/Simulink对所设计控制策略进行了仿真研究,并搭建弱磁控制系统实验平台并进行验证。仿真及实验结果表明,该控制策略具有较好的鲁棒性与较快的转矩响应速度,可以满足电机不同工况下的转速转矩需求。 In order to meet the speed and torque requirements of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor used in electric vehicles under different working conditions,a control strategy based on standardized mathematical model combining with on-line calculation method of Maximum Torque Per Ampere control and voltage feedback method of flux-weakening control was designed.Taking a 2.8 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object,the control strategy was simulated by using MATLAB/Simulink,and the experimental platform of flux-weakening control system was established.Simulation and experimental results demonstrated that the control strategy had good robustness and faster torque response speed,which could meet the requirements of motor speed and torque under different working conditions.
