摘要 [目的]探讨临床学习教学环境对临床护理实习生职业倦怠感的影响。[方法]采用便利抽样法于2016年4月—2016年8月从武汉市3所综合医院抽取实习护生186人,通过使用护理临床学习环境评价量表及职业倦怠量表对实习护生进行问卷调查。采用SPSS 22.0统计软件对收集的数据进行整理并分析。[结果]临床学习环境评价表的6个维度得分最高的是人际关系(26.32分±4.20分)和任务定位(27.08分±3.68分);临床护理实习生处于高度职业倦怠水平。[结论]临床实习教学环境与职业倦怠感呈负相关,提升临床实习教学水平,可减轻或消除护理实习生的职业倦怠感。 Obiective:To explore the influence of clinical practice teaching environment on the occupational burnout in clinical nursing interns.Methods:Using the convenience sampling method,186 nursing students were collected from 3 general hospitals in Wuhan from April 2016 to August 2016.The nursing clinical learning environment scale and job burnout scale questionnaire survey were conducted.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to collate and analyze the collected data.Results:The scores of interpersonal relationships(26.32±4.20)and task positioning(27.08±3.68)were(26.32±4.20)and(27.08±3.68),which were higher in the 6 dimensions of the clinical learning environment assessment table.Clinical nursing interns were at a high level of job burnout.Conclusion:The teaching environment of clinical practice has a negative correlation with job burnout.Improving the teaching level of clinical practice can reduce or eliminate the job burnout of nursing interns.
