摘要 目的探讨社区护理人才的培养模式。方法选择 0 1级护理专业专科学生 118名 ,随机分为对照组 (5 8名 )和实验组 (6 0名 )。在《社区护理学》教学中对照组采用传统教学法 ,实验组采用改革教学法 ,即改革教学框架和改进教学方法。比较两组教学效果。结果实验组学生对改革方法持肯定态度 (与对照组比较 ,P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ;实验组理论考试与实习考核成绩明显优于对照组 (均P <0 .0 5 )。结论实行教学改革可促进社区护理人才的培养。 Objective To explore the personnel training mode of modern community nursing. Method One hundred and eighteen nursing students of associate degree program of the year 2001 were enrolled in this study. Students were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=60) and the control group(n=58). The experimental group adopted the teaching reforms of the course of community nursing while the control group continued the traditional teaching method. Effects of teaching were measured in the two groups. Results Achievements of students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion Teaching reforms are effective to excite students’ study interest, promote nursing students’ theory and practice ability regarding community nursing, thus improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students.
