摘要
目的研究社区医院慢性病的管理模式。方法以高血压、糖尿病这两种常见社区医院慢性病为例,通过资料回顾分析的方式探究其各自的管理模式,并对社区医院慢性病管理模式进行总结。结果在社区医院慢性病管理中,采用科学合理的管理模式能够极大的提高管理水平。结论在今后的社区医院管理工作中,应当重视起慢性病管理模式的研究,总结一套符合现代社区医院发展的慢性病管理模式。
Objective To study the management mode of chronic diseases in community hospitals. Methods Hypertension and diabetes were two common community hospital chronic diseases, and the data were retrospectively analyzed to explore their respective management mode, and to summarize the chronic disease management mode of community hospital. Results In the management of chronic diseases in community hospitals, the scientific and reasonable management mode can greatly improve the management level. Conclusion In the future of community hospital management, it should pay more attention to the study of the mode of chronic disease management, and summarize a set of chronic disease management mode which accords with the development of modern community hospital.
