摘要
本文把上海市宝山区大场社区卫生服务中心在辖区内为慢性病人开展健康教育的经验进行总结,介绍一些具体做法,并对今后更好地开展这项工作提出建议。
Based on the practice of health education for the chronic diseases in the community,some health education methods were introduced.It also suggested that more measures and resources should be employed in this field.
