摘要
目的探讨临床护理实习生工作中存在的问题以及运用自我效能理论对其进行行为干预的效果。方法选择2015—2017年临床护理实习生1 000名,随机将其分成A组与B组,进行自我效能感问卷调查,A组按常规进行临床实习,实施常规性管理,B组针对所存在的问题采取行为干预管理模式,包括进行讲座、发放学习资料、引导其制定合适的学习目标、引导其进行自我调节等,运用李克特量表(Likert scale)对两组实习效果进行评价分析。结果 B组临床护理实习生在理论知识、护理操作技能、工作效率、服务态度、自我学习等项目的李克特量表评分均明显高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过调查分析临床护理实习生工作中存在的问题,并应用自我效能理论对其进行行为干预,可显著提高其自我效能感,发挥自身潜能,取得更好的实习效果。
Objective To discuss the problems existing in the work of clinical nursing interns and the effect of behavioral intervention by using the theory of self-efficacy.Methods1000nursing students from2015to2017were selected and divided into group A and group B randomly.All the students were taken self-efficacy questionnaires.Group A was taken regular management and group B was taken behavioral intervention as to conduct lectures,study materials,set study targets.The results were analyzed by Likert scale.Results In group B,the clinical nursing interns in theoretical knowledge,nursing operation skills,work efficiency,service attitude and self learning were higher than those in group A(P<0.01).Conclusion Through the investigation and analysis of the problems existing in the work of clinical nursing interns,and the application of self-efficacy theory to conduct their behavior intervention,it can significantly improve the sense of self-efficacy,give full play to its potential and achieve better practice effect.
