摘要
目的探讨影响护理实习生职业倦怠的非智力因素,为制定降低其职业倦怠水平的对策、提高护理实习质量提供依据。方法采用Maslach职业倦怠量表通用版、自我控制量表、一般自我效能感量表和自制的一般资料问卷,调查长沙市某4家三级甲等医院220名护理实习生,采用SPSS 20.0软件进行t检验、方差分析、Spearman相关分析和Pearson相关分析。结果护理实习生倦怠检出率为71.3%,轻、中度倦怠占63.1%,重度倦怠占8.2%,职业倦怠条目均分为2.22±0.99分,总体处于轻中度倦怠水平;非常喜欢护理专业的占9.1%,对护理专业非常满意的占15.0%;一般自我效能感条目均分为2.44±0.66分,自我控制条目均分为3.37±0.50分,均处于中等水平;对护理专业的喜欢程度、满意程度、自我控制总分及各维度得分、一般自我效能感得分均与职业倦怠呈显著负相关。结论护理实习生职业倦怠检出率高,存在不同程度的倦怠水平,护理教育者及医院管理者应结合其非智力影响因素采取有效途径降低护生职业倦怠感。
Objective To explore the non-intellectual factors affecting the job burnout of nursing students,and to provide the basis for making the countermeasures to reduce the level of job burnout and to improve the quality of clinical practice.Methods The general version of Maslach burnout scale,the Self-Control Scale,General Self-Efficacy Scale and the self-made questionnaire of general information were used to the survey among 220 nursing students in four hospitals of Grade 3A in Changsha.T test,variance analysis,Spearman correlation analysis and Pearson correlation analysis were carried out by SPSS 20.0 software.Results The rate of job burnout of nursing students was 71.3%.Mild to moderate burnout accounted for 63.1%and severe burnout accounted for 8.2%.The average score of job burnout was 2.22±0.99.The overall level of burnout was at the level of mild to moderate burnout.9.1%of them liked nursing very much and 15.0%of them were very satisfied with nursing.The average score of general self-efficacy was 2.44±0.66,and that in self-control was 3.37±0.50,all of which were in the middle level.The liking and satisfaction degree for nursing profession,total score of self-control and each dimension of it,and the score of general self-efficacy were negatively correlated with job burnout.Conclusion The rate of job burnout among nur-sing students is high and there are different levels of burnout.Nursing educators and hospital administrators should take effective measures to reduce job burnout of them in combination with their non-intellectual factors.
