摘要
首先对PID控制进行了理论说明,然后通过液位过程控制实验说明三菱PLC的PID指令使用,重点从梯形图程序编制和PID参数设定方面进行分析。实验证明PID控制集三者之长:既有比例作用的及时迅速,又有积分作用的消除余差能力,还有微分作用的超前控制功能,只要三个作用的控制参数选择得当,便可得到较为理想的控制效果。
This article starts with a theoretical description of PID control,and then through the level process control experiment,mitsubishi PLC PID directives are used,with emphasis on the analysis of trapezoidal diagram programming and PID parameter setting. Experimental proof PID the length of the three control set: the proportion of the role of the timely and rapid,but also the integration of the elimination of residual difference ability,as well as the differential effect of the advanced control function,as long as the three role of the control parameters to choose properly,you can get more ideal control effect.
