摘要
基于松下FP1可编程控制器和富士G11变频器,构成了变积分控制闭环变频调速系统.分析了闭环控制系统构成及其工作原理,并对控制算法进行了研究,编写了相关的控制程序.试验结果表明该闭环调速系统实际运行良好,电机转速迅速达到设定值并稳定.
The paper presents variable- frequency speed- governing closed- loop control system for AC motor based on Panasonic FP1 PLC and Fuji Gll inverter. The sysyem components and working princinple are analysised. The control algorithm is designed and a program is written. The experiment shows that the control system works well and speed of motor can reach a set value rapidly and keep constants.
