基于PLC的特种工业缝纫机

摘要 由于特种工业缝纫机较一般工业缝纫机控制目标更多、任务更重,从而导致它对面线张力开关、脚踏板开关以及电磁阀控制的精度不高,以致缝制出的图案不规整,容易断线。针对此问题,本文以工业缝纫机的从机部分为研究对象,提出了一种基于PLC的特种工业缝纫机系统。试验结果表明:将PLC与电控系统相结合,既可提高从机系统的控制精度,又可提高缝纫机的整体性能。 Because the special industrial sewing machines used to have more control targets and tasks than those of common ones, for which they can't easily control the line tension switch, foot pedal switch and the electro-magnet valve with higher accuracy. Finally the design diagram of sewing wasn't neat and the wire was also easy to break. The article took the industry sewing machine system as the study object and proposed a special industrial sewing machine based on PLC. The experiment indicates that the PLC combin- ing with the electro-control system not only improves the control accuracy of the slave system, but also improves the overall performance of sewing machines.
