摘要
本文以某化工厂的锅炉送煤传动控制为例,设计了应用 PLC、变频器、触摸屏实现锅炉送煤的自动控制系统。详细介绍了系统结构、工作原理、软件实现和变频调速方案,分析了系统的控制流程和 PLC 控制的梯形图。
Taking boiler feed-coal drive control of a chemical factory as an example in this paper, the automatic drive control system for boiler feed-coal consisting of PLC, converter and human machine interface is designed. Its system configuration, operating principles, software realization and frequency control scheme are introduced in detail. Control technological process and ladder diaaram of PLC are analyzed.
