摘要
考虑到目前患者在医院就医难等问题,研究智慧医疗服务质量控制,结合虚拟技术,为智慧医疗建设提供更多更好的控制措施,探讨智慧医疗资源效率,旨在提高医院办事效率,提升就诊质量,缓解医生就诊压力,提升病患满意度,从而有效改善医患关系。利用互联网资源强大的整合能力和传播效率,以病患为中心,通过用户访谈、实地调研、问卷调查、卡片分类法等研究方法,深入挖掘用户痛点,满足医生和病患双方需求,以现有的智慧医疗服务为基础,邀请潜在用户参与了问卷调查分析,就智慧医疗平台的使用,从用户行为和用户需求的角度,实施用户满意度研究。以此为基础,设计了智慧医疗服务质量控制架构,并探讨智慧医疗服务质量的控制机制,研究结果表明,本研究有利于提高现有医疗资源的共享度,能提高智慧医疗服务质量,能大幅改善病患就医中所遇到的就医困难、时间的浪费、诊疗结果不理想等问题。
To overcome the difficulty in seeing a doctor in hospitals,we study the quality control of intelligent medical service,apply the virtual technology to provide better control measures for the construction of intelligent medical treatment,with the aim to explore the efficiency of intelligent medical resources and improve the efficiency of the hospital and the quality of medical treatment,thus relieving the pressure of doctor＇s treatment and improving the patient full.It can effectively improve the relationship between doctors and patients.By taking advantage of the strong integration and transmission efficiency of internet resources and by adopting research methods such as user interview,field investigation,questionnaire survey,and card classification,the pain points of the users are excavated deeply to meet the needs of doctors and patients,and the potential users are invited on the basis of the existing intelligent medical services.Based on the questionnaire survey and analysis,the user satisfaction research is carried out from the perspective of user behavior and user needs in terms of the use of smart medical platform.Based on this,the quality control framework of intelligent medical service is designed and the control mechanism of the quality of intelligent medical service is discussed.The results show that this study is helpful to improve the sharing of existing medical resources,increase the quality of medical service and overcome the medical difficulties encountered in medical treatment.
