摘要
率先接到"互联网+"橄榄枝的医疗行业,在庆幸其发展缓解群众就医困难、给群众带来便捷之余,对其存在的问题也倍感压力重重。本文针对"互联网+"医疗存在的现实困境:数据是否真实可靠、隐私泄露时有发生、监管空缺这三大方面展开讨论,并提出从建立行业标准、加强监管、完善法律法规方面对"互联网+"医疗进行规范,引导其有序发展。
The medical industry is the first that develops “Internet plus” mode. It is helpful in solving the difficulties ofthe public receiving medical service. It brings the convenience as well as a lot of pressure from the existing problems. Thisarticle made a discussion concerning the dilemmas in the development of “Internet plus” medical service, including theauthenticity and reliability of the data, the leakage of privacy, and the lack of supervision and management, and put forwardsome suggestions such as establishing industry standards, strengthening supervision and perfecting the laws and regulationsto normalize the “Internet plus” medicine and guide its orderly development.
