摘要
实施创新教育是全面推进素质教育 ,提高教育质量的重点。本文在阐释创新教育及其基本特征后 ,从社会不断发展的动力、知识经济发展对创新人才的要求和全面推进素质教育的需要 ,论述了实施创新教育的重要意义 ;
Implementation of creativityoriented education is fundamental to an all found qualityoriented education.This paper explains the basic characteristics of creativityoriented education and reasons its significance by introducing force for social evolution and requirement by the knowledgebased economy for creative talents from quality education.It ends by suggesting measures to implement this new type of education.
