摘要
随着医改步入关键时期,医改进展监测评估、卫生信息化建设等对卫生统计信息工作提出了更高要求,海量增长的卫生信息亟需进行底层挖掘分析,远程会诊等需要对图像数据进行更优处理。现代信息技术和数据处理技术发展迅速,卫生统计信息工作面临挑战的同时也面临难得的发展机遇。模糊聚类分析是一种成熟广泛应用于工业、农业、商业和医学等领域的数据处理技术。本文简要介绍了模糊聚类分析的概念、基本原理,综述该方法在医学图像处理中的应用进展,包括应用于医学图像分割、医学图像压缩等等。最后,本文分析了在卫生统计和信息化快速发展的形势下模糊聚类分析的发展前景。
During the critical period of health reform of China,Health statistics and information is placed higher demands by Monitoring Health reform and Health Infomationization constructing.Massive growing health data is needed to be mined deeply and analysed.Better methods are needed by tele-consultation to process images.Modern information technology and data processing technology are developing rapidly.Health statistics and information is facing challenges while facing opportunities for development.Fuzzy clustering analysis (FCM) is widely applied in industry,agriculture,business and medicine etc.In this paper,the concept and discipline of fuzzy clustering analysis were introduced.Also,its applications in medical image processing were reviewed,including medical image segmentation,medical image com-pression,medical image analysis etc.Finally,its development of applications was analyzed during the critical period,while health statistics and informationi-zation developed so fast.
