摘要
对比添加芳纶纤维胶料的性能,结果表明,芳纶纤维的加入,提高了橡胶材料的100%定伸、伸长率和撕裂强度,降低了300%定伸和拉伸强度,提高了橡胶材料的生热,提高了橡胶材料的耐切割性能;纤维的加入,提高了橡胶材料的高温损耗因子。
Comparison of properties of aramid fiber rubber materials, the results show that the 100 % tensile stress, elongation and tear strength of the fiber rubber is bigger, the 300 % tensile stress and tensile strength of the fiber rubber is low, the heat generating is higher, the cutting resistance of rubber material is improved. The loss factor is bigger with temperature change.
