袋式除尘器因其效率高,能够适用于各种性质粉尘的特点,在各行业中获得了广泛的应用。然而,在高温烟气净化过程中不同组分气体作用于袋除尘器滤料,会加速滤料的老化,缩减滤料的寿命。芳纶滤料具有十分优异的力学性能、稳定的化学性能和理想的机械性能,是高温烟气过滤最合适的滤料之一。通过实验研究了温度、作用时间和气体环境对芳纶滤料强力特性的影响,结果显示,在空气和氮气气氛下,随温度上升、处理时间延长,芳纶产生了热交联和氧化交联,其经向和纬向强力增大后减小,在220℃左右达到最大值。
Bag filter was widely used in many industries for its high efficiency and the characteristic that can be applied in various properties of dust. However, in high temperature application, the chemical component of gas will accelerate the aging of the filter material and reduce the life time of fdter material. Aramid filter material is one of the most suitable filter material for the high temperature flue gas f'dtration because of its excellent mechanical properties, stable chemistry properties and ideal mechanical properties. In the paper, the effects of temperature, action time and gas environment on aramid filter are studied by experiments. The result showed that, as the temperature increasing and time delaying, heat cross-linking and oxidation cross- linking oceured on aramid filter, the strength on warp and weft increased firstly and then decreased, the maximum values were at 220℃.
