摘要
用芳纶复合帘布替代钢丝帘布作为半钢子午线轮胎冠带层和带束层骨架材料。结果表明:与正常轮胎相比,芳纶复合帘布作为带束层骨架材料的轮胎高速性能较好,接地压力分布较均匀,胎肩接地压力较小,电阻较大;芳纶复合帘布可有效提高轮胎的脱圈阻力,轻量化效果明显;芳纶复合帘布胎坯与正常胎坯的外周长差异较大,芳纶复合帘布轮胎的压延、裁断、成型、硫化工艺中需作调整。
Aramid composite cord had a broad application prospect in tire industry,and in this study,Aramid composite cord was used to replace steel cord as the skeleton material of cap ply and belt of steelbelted radial tire.The results showed that,compared with the normal tire,the tire with the aramid composite cord as the skeleton material had better high-speed performance,more uniform ground pressure distribution,smaller shoulder ground pressure and larger electric resistance.The aramid composite cord could effectively improve the bead unseating resistance of the tire and the tire weight was also reduced.However,the difference of outer perimeter between aramid composite cord tire and normal tire was large under non inflation condition.Therefore,the calendaring,cutting,building and curing process of the tire with aramid composite cord needed to be adjusted.
