摘要
随着高新技术行业的发展,芳纶纤维以高强高模、密度小、耐高温耐腐蚀等优异性能得到了广泛的应用,介绍了芳纶纤维的结构、性能及应用。改变芳纶纤维表面性质能有效发挥芳纶纤维在复合材料中的优异性能,阐述了芳纶纤维的物理和化学表面改性方法,分析了各种改性方法在应用上的优点和缺点。结合我国芳纶纤维生产的实际情况,对芳纶纤维的改性研究进行展望。
With the development of various high-tech industries,aramid fiber has been widely used for its excellent properties such as high strength and high modulus,low density,high temperature and corrosion resistance.The excellent performance of aramid fiber would be brought into play by modification of its surface properties.The physical and chemical surface modification methods of aramid fiber were reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantage of various modification methods in application were analyzed.Based on the actual production situation of aramid fiber in China,the research on the modification of aramid fiber was prospected.
