摘要
目的:检测中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR比值)、血沉、白细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞计数,以探讨其对诊断及预测伴脏器损害过敏性紫癜(HSP)的临床意义。方法:检测32例单纯型HSP患者和44例伴有脏器损害的HSP患者的NLR比值等血液学指标。结果:(1)伴脏器损害HSP组的NLR比值较单纯型HSP组明显升高(P<0.05);(2)根据ROC工作曲线下面积(AUC)评估显示,NLR的AUC为0.708;(3)HSP患者的NLR比值与白细胞计数呈显著正相关(r=0.486,P<0.05)。结论:NLR比值对于诊断和预测脏器损害型HSP预后有一定的临床价值。
Objective： To detect the levels of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio（ NLR）,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ ESR） and white blood cell count（ WBC） to help diagnosis of Henoch-Schnlein purpura（ HSP） with viscera damage. Methods： A total of 46 patients were collected,including 32 HSP of simplex type and 44 HSP with viscera damage. The levels of NLR,ESR,WBC were detected. Results：（ 1） NLR in the patients with HSP with viscera damage was significantly higher than that in the patients with simple HSP patients（ P〈0.05）.（ 2） The areas under the receiver operating characteristic（ ROC） curve of NLR for the diagnosis of HSP with viscera damage was 0.708（ P〈0.05）.（ 3） NLR was associated with the white blood cell count（ r = 0.486,P〈0.001）. Conclusion： NLR is a potential clinical indicator for diagnosis and prognosis for HSP with viscera damage.
