摘要
本文参考国内的卷圈机设备,研究了一种自行车车圈成型机。本文研究的自行车车圈成型机主要由板材成形装置,轮缘成型装置和切断装置组成。板材成形装置将钢板条校直,并将其截面棍压成曲线状,便于受力和安装胶带轮胎。轮缘成型装置将截面成形后的板材成型为一定直径的圆圈。切断装置是将成圈的板材切断。由此自行车车圈成型完成。
This paper studies a kind of bicycle ring forming machine based on domestic coil machine equipment. In this paper,the bicy- cle ring forming machine is mainly composed of sheet metal forming device, flange forming device and cutting device. The sheet metal form- ing device straightens the steel strip and compresses its section rod into a curved shape,which is convenient for bearing and mounting tape tires. The flange torming device shapes the tormed sheet into a circle with a certain diameter. The cutting device is to cut oil＇ the ring plate. The bicycle rim was formed.
