摘要
为了研究下辊间距可调,对最大卷制12 mm板材的三辊对称式卷板机,通过增大其下辊间距的方法,用来卷制20 mm板材,采用理论分析及Ansys分析的方法,对其三辊进行力学状态分析,进而达到验证其可行性的目的,下辊间距可调对拥有传统卷板机厂家进行技术改造具有很好的借鉴作用。
In order to reseach the distance of two rolls below adjust , by this way of increasing the distance of two rolls below , rolling machine of three rolls symmetry with maximum work ability of twelve millimeter of bending metal plate is used to bend metal plate of twenty millimeter, adopting theory analysis and Ansys analysis method, analyse three rolls of rolling machine mechanical state , reach the aim of testing and verifying its feasibility. The method of the distance of two rolls below adjust is beneficial to these factorys that have traditional rolling machine use it to make technological innovations.
