摘要
首先对大型数控船用卷板机卷板过程中床身的受力情况进行了分析;进而在保证床身结构力学特性的前提下,对床身结构进行了简化,建立了超大型数控船用卷板机床身的有限元模型;通过对该有限元模型进行计算分析,得到床身的应力和位移结果,并在分析结果的基础上,以其重量为目标进行了结构优化,使床身结构更趋合理。
Firstly the force situation of bed in rolling process was analyzed .Secondly under the condition of guaranteeing mechan-ics characteristics of bed of roll bending machine ,the structure of bed was simplified,and a finite element analysis model was built for bed .Through structural analyzing of bed of the roll bending machine ,the stress and displacement results were obtained . Based on analysis of the results ,the proper design parameters were selected ,the structural optimization was taken in order to re-duce the weight of mill housing ,and a good effect was obtained .
