摘要 根据原大型卷板机回转机构工作原理,设计液压伺服马达驱动的回转液压系统替代原来的电机驱动系统,并利用AMESim仿真平台对该液压回转系统进行了系统建模和仿真研究。针对卷板机工作过程中,工作辊回转时可能遇到的工况对液压系统进行加载得到系统运行时液压马达的动态特性,并通过改变液压系统的相关参数,对液压系统进行优化,提高该卷板机的卷制精度和液压系统的稳定性。 The hydraulic servo and motor drive slewing hydraulic system has been designed to replace the original mechanical drive system based on the operating principle of the slewing mechanism of the large-scale veneer reeling machine. And the system modeling and simulation study on the hydraulic slewing system was carried on based on the advanced simulation software AMESim. Considering the operating condition veneer reeling machine working roll may encounter in the working process, the hydraulic system was loaded to get the dynamic characteristic of the hydraulic motor. In order to improve the precision of the veneer reeling machine and the stability of the hydraulic system, some relevant parameters were changed to optimize the hydraulic system.
