摘要 应用有限元分析软件建立大转矩弹性联轴器的有限元模型,进行弹性联轴器的静态强度分析、模态分析,得到了弹性联轴器在额定转矩下的应力位移结果和前三阶弹性联轴器的模态振型及其对应的固有频率。同时在额定工作转矩下进一步加载不同的径向外力和转矩载荷,计算出了弹性联轴器的静态径向以及扭转刚度。最后,提出了基于离心应力的极限转速分析方法,通过加载不同转速下旋转离心力,计算得到各转速下的应力,最终确定了弹性联轴器的临界转速(极限转速)。 The finite element model of the high-torsion flexible coupling is mainly built by finite element analysis software.The static strength analysis and modal analysis of this finite element model is also used in finite element analysis software,the stress and displacement results of the flexible coupling in rated torque are obtained.The former three order modal shape of the flexible coupling and its corresponding frequencies are given.Meanwhile the static radial and torsional rigidity of the flexible coupling are calculated under different radial force and torque load in the rated operating torque.Finally,the corresponding stress are calculated under different speed rotating centrifugal force based on the centrifugal stress analysis methods of the limit speed,and then obtain the critical speed(limit rotational speed) of the flexible coupling.The research shows that the static characteristic method based on finite element method of high-torsion flexible coupling can fairly simulate the static characteristics of flexible coupling accurately to lay the foundation for the design and analysis of flexible coupling.
