摘要
综述了黄秋葵净菜保鲜、秋葵饮料、秋葵泡菜、秋葵茶、秋葵脆等特色风味产品的研发情况,提出了黄秋葵产品开发的方向。
Series of characteristic fl avor food and okra products were summarized, including the okra fresh-keeping, okra beverage, okra pickle, okra tea and okra crisp. Research direction of okra products were proposed.
