摘要
实验测定了黄秋葵果荚袋泡茶的主要营养成分,重点分析了黄酮、果胶、多糖3项特色营养成分。结果显示,黄秋葵果荚袋泡茶茶水中含黄酮1.9%,果胶22.1%,多糖1.8%,含量是黄秋葵鲜果荚相关营养成分的10倍左右,作为一种新型的保健茶,黄酮、果胶、多糖含量丰富,具有较高的营养保健价值。该实验能为深入开发黄秋葵保健茶提供科学依据。
This experiment tested the main nutrition of okra bag tea,analyzing the three unusual nutrients of flavonoids,pectin,polysaccharides.Results have showed that okra bag tea contains 1.9% of flavonoids,22.1% of pectin,1.8% of polysaccharides,the Content of related nutrients is about 10 times than the fresh okra,As new health tea,the okra bag tea contains rich flavonoids,pectin,polysaccharides,has the high value of nutrition.This experiment can provide scientific basis for further development of okra.
