红茶、绿茶、茯茶的茶末中多糖的提取及含量测定 被引量:11

摘要 采用苯酚硫酸法,以葡萄糖作为标准品,对茶中多糖进行提取和含量分析.结果显示在85℃下3%碳酸钠溶液中提取可得最大值,多糖含量可达3%~8%.表明采取比色法测定多糖含量简单、可靠. To extract and analyze the contents of polysaccharide in three tea power. Using phenol-sulfuric acid and UV spectra to determine the polysaccharide in 490nm. The content of polysaccharide had a good linearity in the range of 10~80μg.ml^(-1) , A=1.3234V+0.2348 , r=0.9993. The average adds the kind recovery rate 99.9%(n=5),RSD=1.30%. Under 85℃ and 3% sodium carbonate solution can get the biggest value the contents of polysaccharide in three tea power can amount to 3%~8%.Conclusion: The method is simple rapid and with a good reproducibility and can be used quantitive analysis method for this preparation.
